Summer is here, and I hope you have been enjoying the holiday season.
Already the New Year has opened into new beginnings for me, and I find myself wondering what it may be opening for you.

Nervous System Reset
Over the past year, I have been deeply immersed in learning about the nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory — and, more importantly, learning how to live it.
I’ve been practicing these tools in real life, from navigating busy UK roads while travelling, to moving through moments of emotional overwhelm closer to home. Recently, I experienced a situation where my nervous system became highly activated, and the process I used to settle myself was so effective that it genuinely surprised me.

Later this year, I’ll be starting Nervous System Reset classes, where we’ll explore practical, embodied ways to understand your own patterns and gently support regulation and safety.

Balancing the Chakras through Meditation
On Tues
day evenings at 7pm, I run a weekly meditation class, available both in person and online.
Each session focuses on a specific chakra or energy centre. Through guided meditation, we explore its themes and ways to clear, balance, and gently expand it. It costs $10 per session.

Beginner's Massage Course
I’m also offering a two-day Beginner’s Massage Course, designed for complete beginners.
This course is ideal if you’d like to learn the foundations of massage in a safe, supportive environment — whether for personal interest, to massage family or friends, or as a first step toward further training.
Over the two days, we cover basic massage techniques, body awareness, touch, pressure, and simple routines, with plenty of hands-on practice. No prior experience is needed.

The Lunar Path
This year I’m offering a gentle, year-long course working with the Moon as a guide for personal growth, nervous-system regulation, creativity, dreaming, and inner listening.
We’ll explore lunar cycles, light and dark phases, womb wisdom, and astrology — not as something to master, but as a way of understanding timing, rest, and natural change.
This is not about pushing or manifesting. It’s about learning to move in rhythm with life and trusting your own unfolding.
