This programme is designed to help you prepare mentally and emotionally to become a non-smoker or non-vaper in a calm, supportive and practical way — without relying on guilt, pressure or endless willpower.
How the Programme Works
This is a preparation-based approach designed to help you stop smoking or vaping in a calmer, more supported way.
You are guided step-by-step through practical tools, subconscious preparation and hypnosis techniques designed to help your mind begin letting go of the habit before your private session even begins.
Step 1 — Preparation Course
Over 2-3 weeks, you will be guided through a preparation programme designed to help you understand the smoking or vaping habit and begin preparing mentally and emotionally for change. Most people do this on-line, but there is an option for to do this in person.
This includes:
- videos and audio recordings
- hypnosis recordings
- understanding triggers and subconscious patterns
- tapping techniques for cravings and stress
- relaxation tools
- practical quit-day preparation
By the time you reach your private hypnosis session, your mind has already started thinking and responding differently to smoking or vaping.
Step 2 — Your Hypnosis Session
Your private hypnosis session works directly with the subconscious patterns connected to smoking or vaping.
By this stage, you will already have a deeper understanding of your triggers, habits and emotional patterns, making the hypnosis process feel more natural and effective.
Sessions are supportive, practical and tailored to you as an individual, helping you move toward becoming a calmer, healthier non-smoker or non-vaper.
Step 3 — Reinforcement & Support
Most people stop smoking or vaping at the hypnosis session. However, you will still have access to recordings, relaxation tools and support techniques if you need extra reinforcement or help afterwards.
If you do slip up, don’t panic — it does not mean you have failed, sometimes life just throws us a curve ball! Additional support or a judgement free top-up session is available if needed to help you get back on track.

I help people stop smoking and vaping using a calm, practical and subconscious-based approach that works with the habit patterns behind the addiction.
