Why It's Been So Hard to Quit On Your Own

You’ve probably tried to cut down, delay it, or “just stop”… and somehow either the cigarettes or the vape keeps ending up back in your hand.

It’s not that you lack willpower.

Both smoking and vaping train your subconscious mind to associate nicotine with comfort, stress relief, tea breaks, boredom, identity, even “me time”.

Your emotional mind whispers, “Just one more.”

How the Quit Smoking or Vaping Course Works

This is a preparation-based approach: we don’t just have one session and hope for the best.

You are not doing this alone. You are guided, step by step.

We prepare your subconscious first, then complete the shift in a personalised hypnosis session.

Step 1 – Preparation Course (On-line or in Person)
Over 2–3 weeks, you’ll be guided through:

  • Short videos and audios that explain how the habit really works

  • 4 Hypnosis recordings and metaphors that speak to your unconscious mind

  • Understanding your triggers and patterns, and give you powerful techniques to extinguish them

  • Tools to handle stress and urges without smoking or vaping

By the time you reach your private session, your mind has already begun to think and feel like a non-smoker or vaper.

Step 2 – Support Tools to Stay Free

You’ll also receive:

  • 6-Step Tapping – to quickly calm cravings and emotions

  • Access to a Library which includes Tools, Techniques, and Relaxation Recordings

  • A clear Quit Day checklist

Step 3 – Personal Quit Smoking or Vaping Hypnosis Session (approx 1.5 hours)

This is a one-to-one hypnotherapy session where we:

  • Clear out the emotional and unconscious “reasons” your mind has been holding onto smoking or vaping

  • Break the old pattern at its root

Some people stop immediately after this session.  Others find that over a few days, it simply loses its pull. Either way, your subconscious understands: “We’re done with this now.”

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner based in New Zealand.

I’ve helped people move from feeling trapped by nicotine into living as relaxed, confident non-smokers and non-vapers.
